The Ministry of Economic Development and Industry of the Republic of Komi informs that by the decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of 19.10.2020
No. 1704 establishes the Rules for determining new investment projects (NIP), for the implementation of which the budget funds of the subject of the Russian Federation, released as a result of a decrease in the amount of repayment of the debt of the subject of the Russian Federation to the Russian Federation on budget loans, are subject to direction for the implementation of the subject of the Russian Federation budget investments in infrastructure facilities (hereinafter – Resolution No. 1704).
According to the approved Rules for determining the NIP, the released budget funds can be used in the form of subsidies to compensate for the costs of creating infrastructure facilities (transport, engineering, energy and utilities) for the implementation of the NIP, in the amount of the actual costs incurred.
NIP is subject to inclusion in the consolidated list if it meets the selection criteria (the project cost must be at least 50 million rubles, the commissioning of fixed assets after January 1, 2021, the absence of arrears of the legal entity for tax payments, certain areas of economic activity in which the investment project should be implemented, the creation of a separate legal entity for the implementation of the project).
