The Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation together with JSC "Russian Export Center" announce the start of accepting applications for state support to compensate for the costs associated with the creation and operation of the after-sales service system.

The support is provided in accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 900 dated 11.06.2021 "On state support of organizations in order to compensate for part of the costs associated with the creation and operation of the after-sales service system for products in foreign countries."

Acceptance of applications will begin on September 28, 2021, and will end on October 28, 2021.

Industrial enterprises will be able to compensate:

- 30% of the cost of renting premises used within the framework of the PPO system;

- 15% of the cost of leasing payments for equipment required for maintenance under warranty or regulated repairs;

- 50% of the cost of delivery of products and (or) spare parts from the Russian Federation to operators, service centers and warehouses abroad;

- 15% of the cost of spare parts for warranty or regulated repairs abroad;

- 50% of the cost of training (retraining) of personnel involved in the PPO system, but not more than 5% of the total amount of compensation.

Support for exporters is provided based on the results of the competition. It can be obtained for the costs of one project for a period not exceeding 36 months (including the period in which the manufacturer incurred the costs of renting premises used to provide after-sales service in the territories of foreign states, no more than 6 months before the date of the grant agreement).
