On February 14, Gazprombank, the Republic of Komi, the Arkhangelsk Region and Belkomur Interregional Company signed an agreement on cooperation in the construction of the Arkhangelsk-Syktyvkar-Solikamsk railway during the Russian Investment Forum in Sochi.

On February 14, Sergey Gaplikov, Head of the Republic of Komi and Alexander Tsybulsky, Governor of the Nenets Autonomous District signed Protocol No. 7 to the Agreement of Intent on the development of cooperation between the Government of the Republic of Komi and the Administration of the Nenets Autonomous District.
