On February 14, Gazprombank, the Republic of Komi, the Arkhangelsk Region and Belkomur Interregional Company signed an agreement on cooperation in the construction of the Arkhangelsk-Syktyvkar-Solikamsk railway during the Russian Investment Forum in Sochi.

The Republic of Komi and Otkrytiye Bank have signed an agreement on cooperation in economy, investment and social fields. The document was signed by Sergey Gaplikov, Head of the Republic of Komi and Alexander Pakhomov, Member of the Board, Chief of the Management Unit of Otkrytiye Bank Regional Network within the framework of the Russian Investment Forum.

On February 14, Sergey Gaplikov, Head of the Republic of Komi and Alexander Tsybulsky, Governor of the Nenets Autonomous District signed Protocol No. 7 to the Agreement of Intent on the development of cooperation between the Government of the Republic of Komi and the Administration of the Nenets Autonomous District.
